After Pamplona, Rob and I headed to the beaches of San Sebastian while Mike and the Bates crew took off
for Ibiza. After a crazy 45 minute drive through the mountains, it took us another two hours or so to
park the car, find the tourist office then grab a hotel room.

Actually, we were lucky enough to get the
only available room at this one place two minutes from the beach. Awesome. We crashed the
rest of the day, got some eats then took pictures of kids trying to pet ducks. Just kidding -- we
dodged these kids on our way to McD.

So, we head out that night and meet up with none other than Alex from Pamplona outside some
random bar. Turns out he's travelling with these three random girls who we eventually meet up with for
drinks. I took this photo just as Rob dropped the shot that Alex just bought for him (see Rob checking the
floor? Chump!)

Amy and CJ.

Amy on some mechanical jeep (she was yelled at shortly after taking this pic). Rob in the background
with a chair??? This is minutes before Alex settled an argument about whether the glasses were we
drinking from were made of plastic or glass (the shattering proved they were glass) and just prior
to me yelling "Viva Espana!" in the middle of Basque Country.

So, after we left Amy and CJ, and after Alex went back to his place, Rob and I decided to check out the
4am beach scene. So, we're sitting on these benches looking for American girls (far and few between) while
noticing that the people on the boardwalk all seem to heading in one direction (for no apparent reason).
Of course, it takes Rob and I a good 30 minutes to notice this, but once we caught on we got up to investigate.
After walking down a hundred yeads or so we realized that the boardwalk sits onto of this giant undergound
discotheque -- built into and under the beach. We raced back to the hotel, threw on our fancy shoes and
ran back to the disco. Anyway, here's me and Rob, chilling Maker's Mark and Coke style.

I think these are the girls we were trying to bring back to our ficticious yacht ("See? That one... the one with the
helicopter.") I swear, they were much more cute at 5am.

There's this one main square in San Sebastian where you're in the middle of the old city and the new
city. Looking north you can see the old chuch from like 1400s and when you turn south...

... you can see the more recently constructed cathedral. I wish these photos came out a little better --
it's really pretty slick.

Random photo from the following night while on our way to the player's lounge. (Rob, you owe me big
for not throwing the rest of these photos online -- player please!)

Thousand dollar bills y'all!!!
